Our Approach to Refunds
At J Peacock CSA, we take pride in providing professional, specialized consulting services. Because each engagement involves time, expertise, and customized analysis, refunds are limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.
If work hasn’t yet begun, or only a portion of the agreed services have been performed, we’ll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will not exceed the total amount paid.
